Your responsibilities as Operations Manager:

You are responsible for the fuel station, sanitary & shower facilities, building technology, outdoor areas and parking management.
You coordinate processes with service providers and act as a contact person for freight forwarders, fleet customers and authorities.
You monitor maintenance, inspections, documentation and operational safety.
You keep an eye on budgets, costs and profitability.
You actively step in during crisis situations and find solutions together with the operations management team.
You actively contribute to site projects, further development and improvements.
