Your tasks as Operations Manager:
- You are responsible for the filling station, sanitary & shower areas, building technology, outdoor areas and parking lot management.
- You coordinate processes with service providers and are the point of contact for freight forwarders, fleet customers and authorities.
- You monitor maintenance, inspections, documentation and operational safety.
- You keep an eye on budgets, costs and profitability.
- In the event of a crisis, you are actively involved and find solutions together with the operations management team.
- You are actively involved in site projects, further developments and improvements.
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Experience in a managerial role with operational responsibility
- Organizational talent, strong decision-making skills and basic technical understanding
- High level of personal responsibility and willingness to take on responsibility
- Flexibility with regard to shift work and on-call duty
- Hands-on mentality and high quality awareness
