Your tasks as Operations Manager:

  • You are responsible for the filling station, sanitary & shower areas, building technology, outdoor areas and parking lot management.
  • You coordinate processes with service providers and are the point of contact for freight forwarders, fleet customers and authorities.
  • You monitor maintenance, inspections, documentation and operational safety.
  • You keep an eye on budgets, costs and profitability.
  • In the event of a crisis, you are actively involved and find solutions together with the operations management team.
  • You are actively involved in site projects, further developments and improvements.

What you bring with you:

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Experience in a managerial role with operational responsibility
  • Organizational talent, strong decision-making skills and basic technical understanding
  • High level of personal responsibility and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Flexibility with regard to shift work and on-call duty
  • Hands-on mentality and high quality awareness
